Home Assistance Program (HAP) provides income-eligible homeowners, residents and tenants with free energy upgrades in their home * helps homeowners reduce energy bills by replacing old and inefficient equipment with new equipment that uses less electricity * upgrades are free, installation provided free * Free upgrades could include: Energy-saving light bulbs, ENERGY STAR® refrigerator, ENERGY STAR® freezers, dehumidifier, window air-conditioner, Home insulation and draft proofing, Low-flow showerheads, Programmable thermostats, Powerbars, Faucet aerators

Home Winterproofing Program FREE energy upgrades to winterproof home * available to all eligible Enbridge customers * could include attic insulation, programmable thermostat, showerhead, draft proofing, wall insulation

Affordability Fund Program (Hydro) free energy-saving upgrades and free installation * helps lower home’s energy use and electricity bill * free Energy Star certified LED light bulbs, appliances, insulation and weatherstripping * 3 levels of support based on net income and average energy bill:

**Level 1: home energy kit with upgrades for individual to install, kit may include LED light bulbs, power bar, faucet aerators, hot water pipe insulation and information
**Level 2: in home visit from energy advisor, home energy plan and upgrades that may include appliances: Refrigerators, freezers, window air conditioners, dehumidifiers and programmable thermostats
**Level 3: for electrically heated homes: in home visit from energy advisor, home energy plan and upgrades may include heat pumps, comprehensive draft proofing, attic insulation and wall insulation
