Description (Service) Energy efficiency incentive programs * funding and rebates to do upgrades to conserve home energy

Enbridge Home Winterproofing Program Enbridge pays for the cost of the energy efficiency improvements such as insulation and draft proofing measures * work done by experienced professionals * Draft-proofing: Including caulking and weatherstripping around doors, windows, headers, baseboards, and attic hatches * Insulation work including insulation in wood-framed wall cavities and crawl spaces, attics and basement walls * no cost for qualifying rented or owned homes

Enbridge Home Energy Conservation Program refunds up to $5,000 for home energy upgrades including insulation, air sealing, window replacement, heating and cooling, hot water * must live in detached house, semi-detached house or row townhouse in Enbridge Gas Franchise Service Area * must pay for and complete energy assessment before and after renovations, part of this cost is refunded * see website for more information on eligible renovations and amount of refund by renovation

Home Energy Loan Program (HELP) for homes in City of Toronto only * low interest loans up to $25,000 for home energy improvements * loans to cover cost of improving home energy use with high-efficiency furnaces and boilers and or water heaters, air conditioners, air source heat pumps, window and door replacement, insulation upgrades, air sealing, drain-water heat recovery systems, toilet replacements, solar hot water systems, rooftop solar PV panels, geothermal systems * financing is attached to the property, not to the property owner * must own detached, semi-detached, or row house in City of Toronto, see website for more information * may be combined with other energy incentive programs

Application application forms online * email completed application form to applications@windfallcentre.ca or fax to 1-289-648-4106 * Once application approved, will schedule EnerGuide Home Energy Evaluation with Registered Energy Advisor * if eligible experienced contractors will return to complete work and Home Energy Advisor will return to do followup evaluation
