Description (Service) Single point of access for children and youth to be placed on the Ontario Autism Program (OAP) waitlist for autism services 
 
Facilitates an integrated and coordinated intake process to identify needs of children and youth with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and their families * provides access to Family Support Workers to assist families with service and program navigation and support, including direct funding options * visit Ontario Autism Program for more information
Hours Intake Mon-Thu 9 am-8 pm, Fri 9 am-5 pm
Areas Served Durham Region ; Haliburton ; Kawartha Lakes ; Pine Ridge ; Simcoe County ; York Region ; Durham, Haliburton, Pine Ridge and Kawartha Lakes are in the East region but Kinark Child and Family Services, located in Central Region, provides services to those areas
Eligibility Children and youth 18 years and under with a diagnosis of ASD from a qualified professional * written diagnosis of ASD including relevant assessment information and documentation pertaining to the diagnosis required
