Description (Service) Provides conventional and short daily hemodialysis treatment for patients suffering from renal failure * provides workup for transplantation * Special attention given to use of natural settings and the psychological impact of environment to provide quiet, comfortable and relaxed atmosphere

DMC allocates each patient with own blood pressure cuffs, fistula clamps & pillows covers that can be kept on site * patients bring all home medications for review within the first week of transfer or as requested, medications provided by hospital, Headphones for TV, Blanket and Sheets

Eligibility by application * stable patient requiring hemodialysis who is covered by OHIP * All non-OHIP covered patients will be referred to Dialysis Services Inc. * patients are screened for viruses & infections including: Hep B, MRSA, and VRE, cannot accept patient requiring isolation
