Description (Service) Out-patient treatment for eating disorders to young adults * for individuals who transition from the Child and Adolescent Eating Disorders Program and referred directly by their family physician * services to individuals and families affected by anorexia nervosa, bulimia nervosa, or eating disorders

families who transition from the Child & Adolescent Mental Health Eating Disorders Program, as well as young adults in the region whose clinical needs are appropriate for outpatient treatment * 18-25 living in York Region or Simcoe County
Application Referrals must be made by a physician * individuals and their families receive a half-day multi-disciplinary assessments (includes a family interview and separate individual session with a therapist and a dietitian * medical assessment by the referring physician will be required in advance * referral form on website to be faxed
