Description (Service) Fully supervised on-site family visits in a group setting

Supervised family exchanges when access occurs off-site * staggered transfer(s) of children from one parent to another

Aurora and Richmond Hill sites * referrals accepted on a first-come, first-served basis * If space not available, will be wait-listed
Hours Aurora Fri 5:45 pm - 8:15 pm and Sun 9:45 am - 3:15 pm * Richmond Hill Sun 9:45 am - 3:15 pm

Eligibility must have court order or signed agreement in place * must have no current involvement with Children's Aid Society
Application call to arrange Intake Interview and orientation by children before first visit * application fee $150 must be paid prior to intake * Referrals must include copy of court order or signed agreement, copies of social work assessments and/or psychiatric reports involving either parent, copy of bail order, probation order and/or restraining order, if applicable and be faxed 905-953-1413

Fees Service - sliding scale fees ; $30 per 2 hour visit, $20 per 1 hour visit, $15 per exchange (includes drop off and pick up)
