Boundaries Only collisions which have occurred in Richmond Hill, Markham or Vaughan may be reported at the collision reporting centre * if your collision occurred in any other municipality, please contact local police 
Customer Service located at the Community Resource Centre is available for all residents of York Region
Eligibility collision reporting for minor collisions that took place in Aurora, King, Markham, Newmarket, Richmond Hill, Vaughan or Whitchurch-Stouffville if directed by police, or if combined damage from a collision is believed to be more than $2,000
Application Walk-in service or written request to mailing address * written requests must include the General Occurence number (if known), the officer's name or badge number, the victim's full name, address, date and location of damage or loss, and a telephone number where a representative can be reached during normal business hours * mail-in requests must include a cheque or money order payable to York Regional Police * for walk-in requests, payment may be cash, debit card, Visa, MasterCard or certified cheque or money order payable to the York Regional Police * for collision reporting call 1-86-876-5423 ahead o be assigned a report number
