Description (Service) A club for female graduates of universities across Canada and around the world * voluntary, nonpartisan, nonprofit group * meet monthly for general meetings or on an informal basis through interest groups and committees * interest groups include book clubs, theatre club, bridge club, current events discussion groups, garden club and lunch groups;
Battle of the Books partnership with the Markham Public Library System and Teacher Librarians, grade 4, 5, and 6 students are invited to form teams, first at their school level, and then in Community Final, winning schools are presented with a plaque and substantial book donations; Education Fund funded by members, $2,000 toward supporting the education of young women in Guatemala * two $1,000 bursaries and one $500 bursary to local young women in need;
Hours General meetings are held on the 3rd Wed of each month at the St. Andrew's Presbyterian Church, 143 Main Street, Markham at 7:30 pm

Eligibility Female university graduate and as of 2004 we also accept members with post secondary diplomas that may not be considered degrees
