Application Application process can be started online by completing the Online Application for Social Assistance, or in person or by phone by calling or visit the local Ontario Works office * once application has been submitted, applicants will be contact by an Ontario Works caseworker to schedule an in-person meeting * specific documentation will be requested as part of the process
