Description (Service) community outreach, housing, medical and addiction services * financial support, social and peer support * public health workers and a team of mental health specialists * support for basic needs * intake and case management ;

The Hub drop-in support * more extensive support that outreach van cannot provide * meal programs, a writing group;

Crosslinks Housing and Support Services housing supports * individual and shared apartments and shared houses * assistance finding temporary or permanent housing ;

Mental Health and Justice Program for people who are in conflict with the criminal justice system * supportive housing and case management to individuals with mental health and addiction challenges and histories of homelessness who are in conflict with the criminal justice system;

First Episode Program shared, supportive housing for young people experiencing their first psychotic episode, usually between the ages of 16 and 26 * supports while remaining close to home, work and school;

Addictions Supportive Housing housing for individuals who are homeless and are experiencing chronic complex addition challenges, or the combination of substance abuse and mental health issues ;

The Reintegration Housing Program transitional housing
