Funding Donations - corporate, foundation and individuals ; One hundred percent of all administrative and fundraising costs are paid for by the operation of ReStores so that every donated dollar goes directly to home building.(Habitat ReStores sell new and gently-used donated building and household products)

Eligibility Ages: 16 year(s) and up Accepts applications from qualified families looking for simple, decent, affordable housing * eligibility requirements: Families currently living or working for a minimum of one (1) year in the specific region in which they wish to apply for homeownership; earn a steady monthly income sufficient to pay a long term, interest-free 20 year mortgage; * willing to partner with organization *Current living conditions are overcrowded, unsafe or unhealthy (e.g. inadequate structure, unsafe wiring, heating, air quality, water, poor sanitation, etc.), Current housing costs are too high (e.g. basic shelter costs are more than 30% of total family income), Barriers exist for physically challenged family members, have at least one child under age 16 living in your home
