Description (Service) Offers programs serving children, youth and adults that include: social skills, parent support groups, adult support groups, tutoring services, as well as advocacy, workshops, and referral services;
Job Fit Program helps adults with LD and/or ADHD explore interests, strengths, weaknesses and how to ask for accommodations * ensures an understanding of their LDs, helps adults gain confidence in joining the workforce * provides a guide to successful employment * 1.5 hrs every 2 weeks for 6 to 8 week sessions;

SoAR Transitions supports youth transitioning into post-secondary and/ or the workplace * Participants and facilitators will focus on strengths and needs * Learning styles and understanding areas of LD and/or ADHD * Strategies for organizational and time management skills * Building study skills and exam preparation * Self-advocacy and social skills * Transitioning into the workplace, college, or university * Pre-employment and job skills;

Strategies for Life eight part series that focuses on the academic and socio-emotional effects of Learning Disabilities and Attention Deficit Disorder Anxiety, Stress Management, Coping Skills, The Role of the Brain in Learning, Advocacy, Learning Strategies, Financial Literacy, Mindfulness
Hours Office Resource Centre Mon-Fri 9 am-4 pm * Adult Support Group Wed 7 pm - 9 pm * parent support group Tue 9:30 am – 12 noon
