* overview of Canadian workplace values and expectations 
* resume development for healthcare related field 
* sector-specific language training (healthcare terminology and communication) 
* workshops and current job search techniques 
* mock interview practice 
* 4 weeks placement in healthcare related position 
* mentoring with experienced healthcare professional 
* employer networking events 
* ongoing coaching and job search supports
