Description (Service) Services include: A "Living Room" wellness program, support group for women experiencing cancer * home visiting, complementary therapies, caregiver support, "Powerful Tools for Caregivers" seminars, age specific bereavement programs * "Healthy Living Now" a Stanford University developed self-management program for individuals with chronic illnesses including cancer

Meetings Caregiver support group 2nd Sunday and 4th Tuesday of each month; Bereavement group 4th Sun of Month; Circle of Hope Adult Bereavement eight session series - scheduled three times a year; Living Room - Every Thursday, Healthy Living Now -scheduled when session registration full

Life-threatening illness, bereaved persons, people struggling with difficult treatments like chemotherapy, radiation, dialysis, people struggling with degenerative neurological conditions, people with chronic conditions wanting to take control of their own care (all chronic conditions including cancer)
