Description (Service) Unit of the Canadian Power and Sail Squadrons * provides members and the boating public with the education necessary for a safe and enjoyable boating experience * new members must pass an exam from Boating Basics Course before graduation to obtain Pleasure Craft Operator Card (for adults and children) * approximately 300 members
