Description (Service) Central Intake for children and youth with multiple special needs * Information and Referral * Service Navigation and Coordination * Seating and Mobility information and therapy * Spasticity Management * Psychological Services * Physiotherapy * Audiology * Occupational therapy * Feeding Supports * Augmentative Communication services * Inclusive recreation and leisure services, programs and events Applied Behaviour Analysis Services (ABA) York/Simcoe - Children must have an official ASD Diagnosis, be under 18 years of age and live in York or Simcoe * parents or professionals may download the ABA intake form on the CTN website, complete and fax with the diagnostic report to 705-792-2775;
