Description (Service) Newcomer settlement services include: educational activities, social-recreational programs, and individual counseling support Early Years programs – Parentsmart training course, studentsmart training course, children literacy and recreation programs, play groups, summer camps, workshops, information and referral
Children and Youth Services – after school program grades 5-10, Saturday enrichment program, pre-employment training, lifeskills and leadership training, March break and summer camps, youth drop-in program, youth choir, drama club, English conversation circle, garden club, youth council and volunteering
Language and training program language instruction for newcomers * Full-time and part-time day, evening and weekend LINC classes from Literacy to Level 7, free TTC Tokens and free childminding during weekday classes for eligible applicants, Computer-assisted learning
Employment Services, mentorship program
Family and Older Adult services – over 200 programs for older adults and their families including music, internet safety, and wellness
Garden to KitchenCommunity garden, commercial-grade community kitchen, offers gardening and kitchen programs and workshops to improve knowledge, life skills and health * community planting day * garden fun fair * good food market * youth volunteer gardening group * garden therapy * intergenerational cooking challenge * food handler training * bake for a cause
