Description (Service) Treats children who would normally be referred to community partners and provide high quality care closer to home for children and their families * incorporates SickKids’ policies and best practices and oversight by the Hospital

Services include -- Orthopaedic & sports physiotherapy, massage therapy, orthopaedic & sports medicine, gastroenterology, neurology, endocrinology, consulting general pediatrician, psychology, social work, occupational therapy, speech-language pathology, neurodevelopmental physiotherapy, nutrition, hearing screening tests, parenting workshops, conversation club, physical fitness group, play-based feeding group, reading readiness group, junior school skills group, social skills and self-regulation group, mindfulness group, sibling support group, handwriting group
Hours Mon-Thu 8:30 am-8 pm, Fri 8:30 am-5 pm, Sat 8:30 am-4:30 pm
